Accounting Office Manager

Pay Rate : $25/-26hr. Industry : Manufacturing Company Assigned Work Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677 Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Top Reasons You Want to Work as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for this Manufacturing Company Company: Company established for more than 40 years Great work environment Medical Benefit Vision Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability PTO Holiday Pay Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Invoicing Updating and Maintaining the Daily Cash Balance Sales and Use Tax Reporting Maintain shipping records Ability to handle and solve problems Organize files both paper and electronic Oversee the GMA-Safe Audit procedures/processes on a continuing basis and participate in the tri-yearly inspection Maintaining quality assurance tasks related to contractual and regulatory requirements Knowledgeable and Experienced using QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to establish priorities and work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision Develop a working knowledge of various lines/machines Financial analysis / projections Budgeting Maintain a clean, high quality work environment throughout the facility according to company, industry and governmental regulations Continuously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Other duties as requested by management What will you need as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not required) A minimum of 10 years’ experience in management, accounting, or a related field Proficient with computers, not limited to QuickBooks and MS office High level of efficiency and accuracy Must pass a background check and a drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr StaffEx
