The role

\n

The Solutions Delivery Manager owns each client engagement from first technical conversation to successful go-live. You partner with the CEO and the sales team in presales. You shape the solution, scope it and write the statement of work. You then lead delivery across BSPK engineering, customer success and our integration and training partners.

\n

This role suits someone who is equally credible in front of a client executive and in a working session with engineers. You will join a small, senior team. You will help define how BSPK sells and delivers at enterprise scale.

\n

This is an AI-first role. You must be fully comfortable working with AI every day. You use agentic tools to research, scope, build and deliver at speed. You turn work that used to take weeks into results in days. Candidates who do not already work this way will not be a fit.

\n

Retail and ecommerce experience is essential. You have delivered software for retail, fashion, beauty or ecommerce brands. You understand how store, ecommerce, CRM and marketing teams work together, and you speak their language from day one.

Key responsibilities

\n

Presales and solution design

\n

\n
• Join discovery calls and lead technical and operational discovery with client retail, CRM, ecommerce and IT teams.
\n
• Map the client's systems landscape, including commerce, POS, CRM, marketing and data platforms.
\n
• Design the target solution using BSPK connectors, the open API and partner services.
\n
• Lead tailored demos and solution walkthroughs for business and technical stakeholders.
\n
• Own the technical and delivery sections of RFP responses, security questionnaires and proposals.
\n

Scoping and commercial definition

\n

\n
• Translate client requirements into a clear scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Estimate effort, timeline and resourcing with BSPK engineering and partners.
\n
• Write statements of work, project plans and pricing inputs for the CEO and sales team.
\n
• Identify risks and dependencies early and set realistic expectations before contract signature.
\n

Delivery and implementation

\n

\n
• Run kick-off and act as the single point of coordination for the client through go-live.
\n
• Lead the weekly operational team check-in and prepare steering committee checkpoints.
\n
• Manage the plan, milestones, RACI, risks and change requests.
\n
• Coordinate data integrations, configuration, testing and launch with engineering and integration partners.
\n
• Work with training partners and customer success to prepare store and digital teams for launch.
\n

AI-first delivery

\n

\n
• Use AI and agentic tools daily, such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or Cursor, across every stage of presales and delivery.
\n
• Turn a discovery call into a draft scope, solution design and project plan within 24 hours.
\n
• Build and run agents that automate repetitive delivery work, such as data mapping, configuration checks, test scripts and status reporting.
\n
• Prototype integrations and client-specific workflows yourself before handing them to engineering.
\n
• Share what works with the team so BSPK delivers faster on every project.
\n

Handover and account growth

\n

\n
• Hand each account to customer success with documented configuration, success metrics and open items.
\n
• Track adoption and business outcomes after launch and report them to client leadership.
\n
• Identify expansion opportunities, such as new regions, stores and use cases, and bring them to sales.
\n
• Turn lessons from each project into reusable playbooks, templates and scoping tools.
\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• Full fluency with AI and agentic tools. You use them every day and can show concrete examples of how they helped you deliver results fast.
\n
• A proven track record delivering software for retail, fashion, beauty or ecommerce brands. Experience at a commerce platform, retail tech vendor, ecommerce agency or retailer is strongly preferred.
\n
• 6+ years in solutions consulting, presales, implementation or delivery management for B2B SaaS.
\n
• Hands-on understanding of retail and commerce systems, such as Shopify, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Cegid or Klaviyo.
\n
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations and data mapping. You can hold your own with engineers and IT leads.
\n
• Experience writing statements of work, project plans and RFP responses.
\n
• Strong executive presence. You can present to a client's leadership and manage their expectations with confidence.
\n
• Clear, structured written communication in English.
\n
• Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a growing company. You build process where none exists.
\n

Nice to have

\n

\n
• Fluent French. Other European languages are a plus.
\n
• Experience delivering for multi-country brands across Europe and North America.
\n
• Experience working with systems integrators and agency partners.
\n
• Familiarity with customer data platforms or messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business.
\n
• A PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
\n

Success in the first 6 to 12 months

\n

\n
1. By month 3, you own presales scoping and SOWs for all new opportunities.
\n
2. By month 3, AI and agentic tools run through your full scoping and delivery workflow, with a visibly shorter path from discovery to signed SOW.
\n
3. By month 6, you have taken at least two enterprise clients from signature to go-live on time.
\n
4. By month 6, BSPK has a standard delivery playbook with scoping templates, project plan, RACI and handover checklist.
\n
5. By month 12, scoping estimates track closely to actual delivery effort.
\n
6. By month 12, delivered accounts show measurable adoption and at least one expansion opportunity each.

Reporting and how to apply

• Reports to: CEO.

• Works closely with: sales, engineering, customer success and BSPK's integration and training partners.
\n
• Location: Canada (remote), with Montreal preferred. Some travel to client sites in Europe and North America.
\n
