Industrial Maintenance Technician
Aurora, CO | $32–$37/hr DOE + OT | Monday- Friday day shift
Are you the go-to person when the equipment breaks down?
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently in a growing manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
- Work on presses, mixers, conveyors, forklifts, shredders, augers, screeners, vacuums, feeders & more
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, motors, 480V, conveyor, vacuum, and automation systems
- Repair equipment, tooling, and molds
- Read schematics and engineered drawings
- Perform general fabrication and tooling assembly
- Maintain maintenance and inspection records
- Keep parts, tooling, and supplies stocked
- Follow strict safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 5+ years mechanical experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, 480V, motors, conveyors, vacuum systems, and automation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience
- Ability to read schematics/drawings
- 3+ years of safety involvement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders, platforms, and stairs
- Reliable, safety-minded team player
