Industrial Maintenance MechanicA leading distribution and logistics facility in Aurora, Colorado is seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and automated material handling systems. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe, productive work environment.Location: Aurora, COPay Rate: $35.50/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time- Direct PlacementKey Responsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and implement effective solutions.Complete emergency repairs to reduce operational downtime.Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records and work orders.Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a commercial, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar industrial environment.Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.Working knowledge of conveyor systems, motors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment.Benefits:Competitive compensation starting at $35.50/hourMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesOngoing technical training and developmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
