If you're a people-loving, guest-first leader with restaurant management experience, we want to meet you!Pay & PerksTarget annual rate: $71k - $85K includes guaranteed overtime (50-hour workweek) (compensation varies by region and market)Quarterly bonusesMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off, Paid Holidays and Sick leaveCareer Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee Referral BonusesWhat You'll DoLead, coach and inspire a high-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength.Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service.Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued.Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight.Analyze operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities.Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards.What We're Looking For5+ years of restaurant management experience requiredComfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, coaching, and leadership skillsGuest-obsessed with strong problem-solving skillsTech savvy: POS systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plusBilingual (Spanish) preferredHigh school diploma required; A.A. degree preferredValid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)Why Luna?We're more than a restaurant — we're a movement.
