Executive Kitchen Manager – Boulevard American Bistro | Covington
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity

Boulevard American Bistro in Covington is looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operation. We’re looking for a culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, develops strong teams, maintains consistent standards, and understands the importance of both exceptional food and a well-run kitchen.
If you’re a leader who is just as comfortable coaching your team on the line as you are managing food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen performance, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Lead, develop, and hold the BOH team accountable for consistent execution and performance
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards
Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food and labor costs
Maintain recipe, portioning, prep, and presentation standards
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong culinary team
Drive consistency and operational excellence during high-volume service
Partner closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
Create a positive, organized, and high-performing kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of BOH leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale restaurant environment
Proven experience leading, training, and developing culinary teams
Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen operations
Ability to maintain consistency and standards in a fast-paced environment
ServSafe certification
A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
