Key Responsibilities Review and analyze surveys and title commitments Prepare title objection letters Coordinate and communicate with title companies Manage UCC filings Review zoning reports and other due diligence materials Support attorneys throughout the commercial real estate transaction process Qualifications 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment Experience with: Title and survey review UCC filings Zoning reports Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Bachelor's degree required Additional Information High-volume, screen-intensive position requiring prolonged computer use Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Remote work candidates must maintain a secure work environment and comply with company information security requirements Why Apply?
