RBTs provide direct therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to develop a child’s communication, social-emotional, and adaptive daily living skills. RBTs will engage in structured teaching sessions, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA to identify the best course of treatment for the clients they work with. This position is fulltime and will work out of the Blue Peak Center for Applied Behavior Analysis at Mount St. Mary’s University.
