Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee County area that’s looking for a Financial Analyst . Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, WIP and labor overhead accruals, and account reconciliations. Develop and maintain standard costs for all inventory items, including material, labor, freight, and manufacturing routings. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses, including project post-audits and cost evaluations. Monitor actual production costs against budget and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to investigate and resolve variances. Conduct cost studies and collect data on raw materials, labor, inventory, and manufacturing activities to support accurate product costing. Identify and recommend process and cost-routing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. Provide broad financial support to the Finance team and perform additional duties as assigned. The Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or candidate for CPA examination preferred 2+ years of related manufacturing experience Strong ERP system knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills Accurate and detail-oriented Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
