Assistant Manager for Busy Auto Repair Shop

Assistant Manager

Are you looking to advance your career as an automotive service manager? If the answer is yes, we may have an opportunity for you! Our very busy shop in San Jose is in need of an outstanding Assistant Manager. The right candidate will have knowledge of, and sales experience with, modern automotive systems such as brakes, electrical, suspension and maintenance needs, as well as experience supervising a shop staff. A minimum of two years experience in an aftermarket or dealership assistant/service manager role is required. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. You will be joining an outstanding, well-experienced team of automotive professionals who prioritize top-notch customer service. We offer an excellent compensation package, including paid vacation, ongoing training opportunities, advancement opportunities and flexible scheduling.
