With 11 dealership locations and a centralized administrative team, we are committed to operational excellence, accuracy, and outstanding internal support.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our centralized administrative team. This role is essential to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of payables in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCode and post invoices and purchase orders accuratelyProcess and pay intercompany statementsPost and reconcile manufacturer statementsReconcile monthly vendor statementsPrepare and process check requestsMaintain and clean up accounting schedulesProcess employee reimbursementsReconcile gas tickets and company credit card statementsObtain necessary approvals for invoices in a timely mannerEnsure all invoices are coded, posted, and paid according to established termsAssist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as neededQualificationsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic accounting knowledge or experience in accounts payable preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelWhat We Offer$16 to $18 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k)Stable, well-established company with nearly 50 years in businessTeam-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth within a multi-location organizationBerglund Automotive is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
