Temp Director of Care CoordinationWe are seeking a qualified Temp Director of Care Coordination to lead interdisciplinary clinical programs, manage staff, and ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness within an acute healthcare setting.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage case management, care coordination, and utilization management functions.Oversee performance improvement initiatives within the care coordination team.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to enhance patient progression and discharge planning processes.Develop and implement interdisciplinary clinical programs to improve patient care outcomes.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBSN required; a master's degree in nursing, health administration, or business administration is preferred.Case management certification (e.g., CCM or ACM) is preferred.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an acute healthcare setting is required.At least five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership/administrative experience in case management, care coordination, or a closely related field is required.Advanced knowledge of care coordination and transitions of care in an acute-care environment is essential.ScheduleThis position involves a day shift from Monday to Friday.Assignment DurationThis is a temporary position with a contract length of approximately 13 weeks.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
