Director Global Patient Solutions Strategy & Value

AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca seeks a Director to build and scale global patient engagement strategies within oncology and biopharmaceutical programs. This role integrates patient insights, behavioral science, and AI technologies to design evidence-based interventions, establish value frameworks, and demonstrate measurable impact across markets.

Responsibilities

Develop global patient experience value frameworks and prioritization models for investment decisions
Design evidence-based patient interventions leveraging behavioral science, digital engagement, and AI personalization
Establish KPIs and measurement approaches to track intervention effectiveness and program impact
Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, Data Science teams to scale solutions globally
Translate patient data, behavioral signals, and real-world evidence into actionable strategic recommendations

Requirements

Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Behavioral Science, or related health field
5+ years experience in biopharmaceutical and/or oncology indications
Strong background in patient experience, engagement, or digital health solutions
Demonstrated expertise designing patient interventions with measurable outcomes
Experience applying behavioral science to improve patient engagement and adherence
Hands-on experience with digital health platforms, omnichannel engagement, or AI-enabled solutions
Experience with patient monitoring programs, risk identification, or persistence initiatives
