Senior Manager, Workday Absence & Time Tracking
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Manager for Workday Absence & Time Tracking to lead system configuration and optimization across their expanding organization. This role will serve as the functional expert for absence and time tracking modules, partnering across HR and People Operations to build scalable solutions supporting growth to 3,000–5,000+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain time entry templates, time types, absence plans, accruals, and approval workflows
- Support global rollouts, new country deployments, and regulatory or policy changes affecting time and absence
- Partner with People Operations, Payroll, and Benefits leaders to design and optimize Workday solutions
- Drive roadmap and continuous improvement strategy for Absence and Time Tracking modules
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including policy changes, process redesigns, and Workday enhancements
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration and maintenance
- Broad Workday HCM systems knowledge and experience
- Experience designing and implementing scalable absence and time tracking policies
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams
- Experience supporting global and multi-country Workday deployments
- Strong understanding of payroll integration and compliance requirements
