• We are hiring immediately for full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.
• Address : 901 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedules; Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with Sunday hours alternating with 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with Saturday being 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior supervisory experience is required.

• Pay Range:  $28.00 per hour to $32.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company’s behalf may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff.
