Project Architect

We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team in either our Dallas or Houston office. Pay and location Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Location: Dallas or Houston area (relocation not specified in original text) Primary responsibilities Prepare reports and bid documents, including drawings and technical specifications. Contribute to the design process and lead the preparation of document sets. Maintain day-to-day communications with project consultants. Serve as technical point of contact providing interpretation for design and construction teams. Responsible for site observations. Communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements. Provide Studio Principal with regular status updates. Ensure projects conform to contract. Maintain project records. Position requirements Licensed Architect. 7-10 years of experience. Experience with all phases of the planning and design process, with the ability to anticipate project needs, establish goals, and adjust when necessary. A passion for working collaboratively with clients to solve unique and complex challenges. A team-focused attitude, willing to assist others as necessary. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. High levels of activity and productivity. Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability and desire to mentor young design professionals. Ability to develop and deliver technically sound project documents. Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations. The ability to quickly grasp new concepts. A willingness to travel outside of the local area to attend meetings at various sites. Treanor is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated base salary for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $75,000 – $95,000 and may vary by states we operate in.
