Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Project Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, coordination, and construction documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment and is committed to design excellence. Project Architects are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, strong leadership, and the ability to think strategically throughout every phase of a project. This role includes mentoring junior team members while working closely with firm principals to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities Lead conceptual and strategic design efforts across a variety of project types. Communicate design intent through plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of design and construction. Organize, prepare, and execute comprehensive construction document sets. Compile and distribute project materials, documentation, and information as needed. Delegate tasks to junior staff and review work for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Research products, materials, and specifications to support project design intent. Help maintain project schedules, deadlines, and overall project quality. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required). Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience. Professional licensure is preferred but not required. High-end residential experience is a strong plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
