As a Project Architect, you’ll lead projects from schematic design through construction documents, serve as a key client contact, and collaborate closely with consultants and construction teams to create thoughtful, detail-driven interior spaces. Key Responsibilities Lead large, complex projects and manage all phases of design from schematic design to construction documents. Produce complete and accurate interior documentation, including finish plans, schedules, custom millwork drawings, and commercial furniture and fixture plans. Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with consulting firms, vendors, and construction teams. Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all project deliverables, maintaining high standards of design excellence. Mentor junior staff, foster teamwork, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Skills and Experience Minimum of 7 years of architecture/interior design experience. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred. Mastery of Revit and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or InDesign is a plus. Strong technical knowledge of interior design production and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior management, and project teams.
