Support Technician I - Imaging & Hardware Refresh

Ampcus Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking two Level 1 Support Technicians to join our tech team for a computer and docking station refresh project. You will perform imaging, replacement, and data migration and will work with a SME and project manager to follow project procedures. Windows 11 experience is helpful but not required.
