Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
