Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst 13+ yrs Exp
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:- Experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques and translating them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules.
- Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts to communicate requirements, including end-user documentation, business cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, swimlane diagrams, report specifications, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and structured walkthroughs.
- Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creating and executing a Requirements Management Plan, maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases and collaborating with users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Information Science, Criminal Justice, Health Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Public/Business Administration.
