Patient Experience Manager

Position Summary The Patient Experience Manager (PEM) is responsible for an assigned territory consisting of a specific geographic region of the United States. Using expert understanding of the patient journey, the PEM provides accurate disease‑state and product information that assists patients in gaining access to Octapharma brands. These activities are performed fully compliant with all appropriate regulations. The PEM works specifically with patients, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders that support these patients to retain current patients and to convert new patients onto Octapharma brands. Customers include patients and families, Home Infusion Companies (HICs), Specialty Pharmacies, and local Hemophilia and IDF Chapters and affiliates. Requirements Must be located within the territory near a major airport. BS/BA or higher. Travel, including overnight stays, as required, up to 75%. 5+ years of direct sales experience in rare diseases, ideally in hemophilia/bleeding disorders and SCIg segments. Plasma and/or Biologics knowledge/experience preferred. Octapharma USA is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 to $160,000 ; however, unexpected and necessary adjustments or increases may result from company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at‑will position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending account, paid time off, and disability plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
