Join our team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in Joint Commission‑accredited outpatient clinics serving the veteran population. This is an opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, clinical ownership, and a structured, mission‑focused environment. Practice Highlights 100% outpatient adult primary care 12 to 14 patients per day Walk‑in access built into daily schedule No RVU pressure Manage full scope of chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and lipid disorders Full ownership of patient care including orders, follow‑up, and medication management Supervision of 2 NPs and 1 PA High autonomy environment with remote physician collaboration available 2 years of experience needed Compensation & Benefits Guarantee based on experience Malpractice, CME, PTO Loan repayment Specialty: Internal Medicine Employment Type: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
