What You'll Do

As a Member Onboarding Representative , you'll help create a positive experience from the initial benefit consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

Welcome & Support Members

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits

• Create a friendly, professional virtual experience

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Build trust through active listening, communication, and reliable follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Develop long-term relationships through consistent service

Once properly licensed, you'll:
