Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms designed to facilitate secure and effective client communication. Develop comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with clients, setting measurable goals tailored to their specific needs and aspirations. Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring adherence to professional standards and legal requirements. Provide timely crisis intervention and immediate support during critical moments to safeguard client welfare. Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the continuum of care for our clients. Uphold the highest ethical standards in therapy practice while promoting a respectful and inclusive environment for all clients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of life challenges, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, you will be equipped to support clients in navigating their unique situations and fostering resilience. Qualifications A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services remotely, preferably through telehealth modalities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of meaningful connections with clients. Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage case loads and maintain documentation in a timely manner. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to aid in documentation and client management. Advanced training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic techniques is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
