Yard Tech W/ Roofing

We are seeking an experienced roofer with expertise in TPO, EPDM, and shingles. The roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on modular and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with all safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and shingles
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or wear and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and project specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely
• Apply waterproofing and weatherproofing systems as required
• Work at heights while following all fall protection and OSHA safety requirements
• Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofer, specifically with TPO, EPDM, and shingle roofing systems
• Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy roofing materials
• High school diploma or equivalent; roofing certification a plus
