$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Provides occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists, assisting in implementing treatment plans and facilitating patient recovery. Responsibilities: Assist licensed therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing therapy plans. Implement therapeutic activities and interventions as directed by the supervising therapist. Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the therapy team. Maintain a clean and safe environment to support client safety and dignity. Adhere to facility policies regarding patient care and confidentiality. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and facility standards. Qualifications: Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA). Valid state license or registration as required by state regulations. Proven experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
