Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full-time RN position on 11-7AM shift, including every other weekend and Full-time RN/LPN on 3-11PM shift, including every other weekend Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off (PTO) Shift differentials Tuition Reimbursement for eligible employees Career growth and advancement opportunities Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required An LPN may be considered for the 3-11 position. Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Complete Care at Ocean Grove is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care at Ocean Grove
