Schedule:

• 26-29 hours/Week
• Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Typical shifts are 4–5 hours and may fall in the morning or afternoon
• This role requires regular Saturday availability in our East region (frequency will vary based on business needs)

Orientation & Training:

• Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
• Training: 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.

Your Role:

• Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist members with loan applications.
• Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
• Share products and services that make life better for our members.
• Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of similar experience preferred.
