Job Details: Level: Entry | Job Location: Auto Value Dearborn Heights – Dearborn Heights, MI 48125 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $15.00 – $17.00 Hourly | Job Shift: Day Position Automotive Parts Counter Sales – Full Time: 35+ hours. Located in Dearborn (Mi- Dearborn). The position is an in‑store counter sales role with opportunities for advancement. The candidate must be interested in learning about the automotive field. Comprehensive training and backup driving for deliveries will be provided. Job Description Counter Sales is the front‑line sales position for all Auto‑Wares Company Stores. Auto‑Wares equips all counter personnel with multiple training opportunities and tools to ensure the best service to customers. Energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as needed for deliveries. Customer satisfaction: attitude and focus. Interest in continuous education in auto care. Drive to capture and complete all sales. Ability to multi‑task and operate computer cash systems. Outstanding communication with customer service follow‑up. Handle yourself as a professional and set an example. Operate computer systems effectively. Always inform the customer what you can do for them. Process returns promptly and accurately. Work with delivery system for top‑notch service. Notify manager of any problems with customers. Maintain store appearance (clean & organized). Help train less experienced team members.
