Role Overview Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Vice President, People Development to join its executive leadership team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads enterprise-wide strategy for total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and business objectives. The SVP oversees key functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance. This leader will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience through innovative people strategies. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide strategy for total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, organizational culture, and employee experience. Oversee compensation and benefits. Manage performance management. Implement succession planning. Direct leadership development. Drive employee engagement initiatives. Advise senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated environment. Strong expertise in total rewards, workforce strategy, and HR governance. Demonstrated ability to build and execute people strategies that align with business objectives.
