Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking a System Administrator – Helpdesk Lead/Manager in Washington, DC. This role involves managing Tier 1 help desk operations and providing system administration for a military customer. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience of 10 years, and strong technical expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD management, along with necessary certifications.
