Legal Assistant Paralegal

The position requires a motivated, enthusiastic and detailed oriented individual who will prepare immigration forms, communicate with clients, review evidence, identify legal issues pertinent to the case, follow instructions, review filing requirements, manage assigned cases, know how to prioritize, work in collaboration with other employees, pay extreme attention to detail, be punctual and professional with clients and co-workers. REQUIREMENTS: 2-3years of work experience working with immigration processes like family petitions, PERM applications, immigrant petitions and other immigration processes Excellent communication and writing skills Work well under pressure Manage caseload efficiently Detailed-oriented.
