You will bring care and consistency to invoice processing, vendor support, expense reporting, and account reconciliation—while helping improve the systems and processes that support our teams.How You Will Contribute To Revolutionizing Electric Aviation:Process invoices, statements, payments, and expenditures accurately and on timeReconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with account balancesPartner with Supply Chain to match receipts and resolve open purchase ordersReview employee expense reports and communicate exceptions for timely resolutionRespond to vendor inquiries, help ensure prompt payment, and follow up on outstanding creditsMaintain organized financial records and prepare account analyses and monthly reports as neededIdentify opportunities to make the payment process more efficient and reliableMinimum Qualifications:An associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related fieldTwo to five years of experience in accounts payable, expense reporting, or a similar accounting support roleDemonstrated ability to handle accounting and clerical processes with accuracy, organization, and sound follow-throughStrong attention to detail and comfort working both independently and with teammates of varied experience levelsClear, professional communication with vendors, employees, and cross-functional partnersWorking familiarity with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) and accounting, expense-reporting, or AP softwareAbove And Beyond Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related fieldPhysical Demands And Work Environment:This is an on-site role based in South Burlington, Vermont. Work is performed in an office environment and requires use of standard office equipment and keyboards.
