You will support the office daily in a fast-paced environment, focusing on screening, hiring, and scheduling Caregivers. Responsibilities Maintain office hours Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Answer office phones during business hours and after hours on scheduled days/nights (subject to change) Screen Caregiver applicants and conduct initial interviews Check references and perform criminal background checks on Caregivers Arrange second interviews/orientations for qualified Caregivers Send rejection letters to non-qualified Caregivers Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks and assist in marketing efforts Maintain marketing materials and inventory Support activities related to patient/caregiver relationships, including supervisory visits, new client sign-ups, caregiver/family introductions, filing, and data entry Potentially move to a full-time caregiving role as needed Qualifications and Skills Excellent references Strong communication skills Analytical skills Basic computer skills Experience in scheduling and caregiving Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative Industry: Hospitals and Healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr
