In this highly visible leadership position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence deal strategy, guide complex bid decisions, and deliver insights that directly impact business growth. What you'll do :

• Drive pricing strategy and commercial positioning for new and existing business opportunities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for pricing and commercial matters

• Oversee bid review and approval processes

• Partner with finance and pricing teams to develop rate cards and budgets

• Provide guidance and recommendations on commercial packages to leadership

• Align with stakeholders on financial strategy and incentives

• Deliver market insights to inform decision making

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across bidding and contracting workflows

Additional details:

10 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization with a focus on pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy is required. Proven expertise in developing pricing models, rate cards, and commercial frameworks is desired. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
