Global Lead Sales & Business Development Manager - Data Centers, Robotics

This Position reports to: Global Head of Operations & Technology, BL Industries. In this role, you will lead global sales and business development for the Data Centers segment, driving growth through strategic accounts, partnerships, and early‑stage customer engagement. You’ll own the commercial strategy, pipeline, and execution to deliver sustainable revenue and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Define and execute global sales strategy, pipeline development, and account capture plans Lead strategic relationships with hyperscalers, partners, and key customers Drive early design influence and translate customer needs into scalable solutions Build and lead a high-performing global sales organization Own business performance including orders, revenue, margins, and pipeline quality Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 10+ years in sales leadership, business development, or strategic accounts Experience in data centers, automation, or infrastructure industries Proven success managing global accounts and complex deals in a similar segment Experience influencing early‑stage customer decisions and specifications with a strong commercial and strategic mindset Executive-level communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to lead across regions and influence without authority #J-18808-Ljbffr ABB Inc.
