What You’ll Do Own your files from submission through closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and speed throughout every stage of the loan process. Review new loan submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation is received. Communicate proactively, mostly via telephone, with borrowers, loan officers, investors, and contractors to gather missing items and resolve conditions. Prepare files for underwriting by verifying income, assets, liabilities, credit, and property documentation. Manage your active pipeline, tracking milestones, and ensuring all timelines are met or exceeded. Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively to prevent delays or last‑minute surprises. Maintain detailed notes and updates in the LOS to ensure complete visibility for all stakeholders. Deliver an exceptional experience for homeowners and loan officers, balancing speed with precision. Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on systems, workflows, and borrower experience.
