Customer Service & Sales Support Representative!

We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to support customer service, sales initiatives, order processing, and daily business operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Conducting customer follow-ups and supporting sales growth initiatives
• Processing orders and completing data entry accurately
• Assisting with product expos and trade shows, including event research, booth coordination, vendor services, and travel arrangements
• Maintaining marketing materials and promotional inventory
• Managing office supply purchasing and providing general administrative support

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical product environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
