POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst I is an entry level role designed for a recent graduate or early career professional seeking broad exposure to enterprise level financial planning and analysis.
As part of Corporate FP&A, this role supports the company's most critical planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. During the first 12-24 months, the analyst will gain exposure across multiple areas of Corporate FP&A and corporate functions, building a strong foundation in forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business communication.

Support the creation of monthly dashboards and recurring reporting packages with clear takeaways for FP&A leadership.
Contribute to quarterly, annual, and long range planning cycles, including data gathering, consolidation, and analysis.
Partner with stakeholders across corporate functions to translate business activity into financial insights.
You will build toward owning:
Ownership of specific components of monthly reporting and analysis as experience grows.
Improving forecast models, templates, and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
Supporting enterprise wide initiatives such as ERP modernization, system enhancements, and reporting automation (testing, validation, and deployment support).

Build a broad understanding of how decisions are made and communicated at the enterprise level.
Develop skills and experience that support long term growth into more advanced FP&A roles.
