Job Details Position: Physician and Surgeon, CF (Internal Med/Family Practice). Part‑time 20 hours per week. Monthly part‑time salary range $13,338.50 to $14,820. Scheduling and Pay Adjustments Starting July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented. Each eligible employee in Bargaining Unit 16 and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees will have their base salary reduced by 4.62 percent and will receive 8 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly for at least 16 months. Salaries do not reflect recent changes. Part‑time employees are subject to the same conditions on a prorated basis. Permanent intermittent employees are subject to the same condition based on hours worked. Classification is subject to Section 5, Hiring‑Above‑Minimum (HAM) Authorization. Authorized HAM pay for this classification: P $13,338.50, Q $14,078, R $14,820. Employees receive a pay differential equivalent to 15 % of monthly base pay. The Physician & Surgeon, CF (IM/FP) performs medical assessments and provides medical treatment to assigned patients as authorized by the medical license. The Physician & Surgeon, CF (IM/FP) provides clinical consultation to mid‑level providers and other staff, instructs nursing and other clinical staff on medical protocols, and adheres to professional medical standards of care.
