Wound Care RN: Patient Care & Case Manager

You will deliver patient care, manage intake and discharge, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements include an ADN, current Georgia RN license, BSN preferred, and wound care certification or experience preferred.
