Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,469 per week in Tallahassee, FL

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Tallahassee, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,469 per week Shift Information: Nights – 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 7/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Tallahassee, Florida. This position is for a travel RN in the Emergency Room and involves working a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit has 39 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4. Staffing includes one unit secretary and 2-3 techs on the floor. Equipment available includes crash carts, level one equipment, Alaris pumps, and Dash bedside cardiac monitors. Documentation is done using MediTech. Schedules are posted four weeks in advance, with preference for three 12‑hour shifts per week. Floating to the ER hold unit is required when at capacity. Patient rounds and bedside shift reports are required every 30–60 minutes. The dress code consists of black scrubs. Advanced emergency procedures performed on the unit include chest tubes, moderate sedation, lumbar punctures, laceration repair, and blood product administration.
