Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be contributing to the initial stages of the production process by either stacking lumber coming off a conveyor belt or building boxes according to customer orders. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read work orders and use hand and power tools effectively.

• Stack lumber onto pallets as it comes off the conveyor belt.
• Build boxes per customer specifications, which may vary in size.
• Read and interpret work orders, including dimensions.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.

• Experience in production, general labor, or assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and work orders.

• A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using a tape measure.
• 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools.

Work in a small, family-like environment with a wide-open concept. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed boots, with PPE provided by the company. The standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Owatonna,MN.
