Territory Sales Representative

Our client is an established medical products company serving hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States.

The Territory Sales Representative will manage an established multi-state sales territory while developing new business and growing existing customer relationships. This is a B2B sales position focused on prospecting, account development and territory growth within hospitals and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned multi-state sales territory.
• Prospect for new business through consistent outbound calling and account development.
• Develop relationships with hospital decision makers across clinical, operational and support departments.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand relationships within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and execute against annual sales and growth objectives.
• Track customer activity, opportunities and account information within the CRM system.
• Prepare customer quotations and support opportunities through the sales process.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed to develop relationships and close business.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to support customer needs and territory growth.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel periodically within an assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

Job Status: Direct hire. Based in Buffalo, NY. Hybrid flexibility (2 days per week) after initial training period. Occasional travel to cover territory needs.
