Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and review invoices for accuracy and completenessEnsure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsReconcile accounts payable transactionsAssist with month-end closing proceduresCommunicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issuesCreate and maintain supplier records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-datePrepare and process electronic transfers and paymentsMonitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateProvide support for audits and other financial reviewsAdminister corporate card and purchase card programsMaintain Oracle EBS credit card moduleWork with business and bank on issue resolution, new accounts, and terminated accountsAudit travel and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresPerforms other related duties and assignments as requiredKnowledge and Skills Requirements:Knowledge of accounting principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong ability to identify issues and work to resolve them using analytical skillsExperience with Oracle and SOX are a plusSales and Use Tax experience a plusAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reportingEducation, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:High School diploma required, BS preferred0-2 years of experience in an AP roleWork Environment / Physical Requirements:Primarily office environmentConsistent computer usage, entering and looking up dataWorkspace requires employee to be on the phone at least 50% of the day making and receiving callsRegularly required to sitLight physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materialsTaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. The expected hourly base pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00.
