$16/hr. to start! What You’ll BuildAs a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses - We will train!, you’ll help assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homes—built to spec from our Engineering team so builders can stay on schedule.Key responsibilities:- Assemble trusses to provided specifications- Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule- Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded- Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number- Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working orderRequired skills/qualifications: - Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions- Comfortable communicating with coworkers and supervisors (verbal and written)- Familiar with hand tools and small power tools (or ready to learn)- Able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods- Team-player mindset with a great attitudeReady to start a hands-on career path in Knoxville?
