Our Events & Retail Team plays a critical role in generating leads at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.**Responsibilities:**- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores, events, and trade shows- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels- Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities- Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies- Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance**Qualification and Skill requirements:**- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation- Strong leadership and coaching skills – Ability to train and motivate a team- Highly organized with strong time management abilities- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends**What You’ll Get:**- Base salary + Bonus Opportunity- Mileage reimbursement.- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).- Paid time off.- Student loan repayment assistance.- A dynamic, team-first culture with growth opportunities.#LI-CC1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Andersen Corp.
