Mental Health Therapist - Washington, DC - Full Time - $65,000 - $95,000 Per Year Position Details Title: Mental Health Therapist Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 Per Year Job Summary This position involves providing specialized mental health therapy, focusing on OCD treatment. Full-time employment requires a 40-hour work week, including some evening and weekend availability. Candidates must be comfortable using digital platforms for therapy sessions and documentation. Requirements 40-hour work week with 25 hours of direct clinical work per week. Availability for 10 hours of weeknight/weekend sessions after 5pm local time. Participation in cross-license application process during onboarding. Open to treating children and adolescents after training. Master’s Degree required. Practical experience in independent diagnosing required. Organized, quick learner with excellent communication skills. Qualifications Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington. At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT). Experience with treating OCD preferred. Comfortable and efficient with using technology.
