Our agency officially opened its doors in 2023, and I've proudly been part of the State Farm family since 2019. We're a growing team of five who share a common goal of serving our community while continually improving both personally and professionally. I'm originally from Alabama and a graduate of Troy University. I'm married and have one wonderful daughter, and we're proud to now call Charleston home. Giving back is an important part of who we are, our office regularly hosts blood drives, toy drives, and other local initiatives to support those in need. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database, Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries, Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status, Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent customer service and communication skills, Coachable, hard-worker with a desire to join a high performing team.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
